Black & White Gingham Top Under $50

By Wednesday, May 10, 2017 15

Although it may not officially be summer, it sure feels like it in Amman right now. It’s been in the high 80’s/low 90’s and not showing any sign of slowing down soon. I guess I’m getting my first taste of the desert climate! Luckily it does cool off a lot in the evening, though, and I also love how low the humidity is around here (yay for frizz-free hair!) This adorable off the shoulder top is great for those hot summer days and effortlessly combines two of summer’s most popular trends: gingham print and pom pom detail. I don’t like to spend much on trendier pieces and since this is only $35, it was a great way to incorporate both into my summer wardrobe without spending too much. My only advice would be to size up though because it does run short in the torso (I’m wearing a small).Sometimes gingham print can look a little too sweet for my taste so accessorizing with studded heels and my favorite bag added a little edge to this outfit.Hope you guys are having a great week! I’m off to have my first pedicure since moving to Amman and I can’t wait—these toes are WAY overdue!

That top is adorable! I like the pom pom detail and it works so nicely with the white jeans.

The studded heels are perfect with the gingham. I just love this whole look! Black and white, those jeans, gingham, all of it. Cannot believe it is already so hot there!

I love a pretty black+white gingham top for Spring – yours has cute pom-poms. And they look great with white jeans like you did here. Those stilettos are stunning, Meagan.

Hope you enjoyed Mother’s Day Weekend! Welcome by the blog and join my weekly linkup on Thursdays. It will go live tomorrow Wed night at 6.00 PM EST. Thanks, Ada. =)
