Every now and then a new piece finds its way into my wardrobe and suddenly I never knew how I managed without it: case in point, this plush hooded coat from SheIn. So far, I’ve worn it with everything from jeans to mini dresses–even while lounging in my PJs–and believe me when I say it’s divine. The soft, velvety fabric essentially feels like wearing a blanket, and the oversized fit makes it even cozier. I still can’t believe a coat like this costs less than $27 (no surprise they are selling fast, so don’t hesitate!)
I like the leg-lengthening effect you get from high-waist jeans, and tucking a slim turtleneck into my favorite pair created a sleek base underneath the slouchy coat.
When it gets even colder, it’s also nice to pull up the hood on this one. I always find something comforting about wrapping up in a snuggly coat or sweater–don’t you agree?
