On our road trip to Florida, we spent one night in Savannah, Georgia. It’s such an old romantic city, chock-full of southern charm. Only having seen it in person a few times, the Spanish moss hanging from the tree limbs is mesmerizing to me. After arriving, we checked into our hotel and headed downtown (another perk–most hotels are only a short walk away from many shops and restaurants). We were lucky to get a table at The Olde Pink House, a historic Savannah restaurant renowned for its delicious southern cuisine. Between the biscuits and cornbread, shrimp and grits sushi, almond-encrusted tilapia, and homemade macaroni and cheese, it’s safe to say we didn’t leave hungry!
