Happy Monday and I hope your week is off to a great start! My husband’s birthday was on Saturday so we celebrated him all weekend. I’m ready for a new week and excited to shop the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale on Thursday. Check out this post for sale dates and my top picks. This year things seem to be selling out even more quickly than usual (a lot of mine already have), so be sure to grab your favorites as soon as you can.
A blazer with shorts has become my favorite transitional outfit so I hope you all don’t get tired of seeing the combo! This look is comprised of a few of my favorite recent purchases and I wanted to highlight each one in detail:
Sunglasses – These are a near-identical replica of the popular ‘Tilda’ design from Céline but they’re under $99! The brand is new to me and I discovered it here.
Blazer – This blazer was a steal under $50 but has a luxe look. I like how the sleeves are already gathered which gives it an effortless look without having to roll them. I sized up to a small for a longer boyfriend fit.
Denim Shorts – You may have already seen me mention this already, but I love the fit of these Levi’s shorts (so much so that I bought them in two more colors). The mid-length and slim cut is extremely flattering, especially with a pair heels.
This tank bodysuit has also been one of my most-worn pieces this summer. It has such a sleek fit that looks great alone or under jackets. It’s definitely an investment for a bodysuit but one I personally find well worth making if you wear them often since the fit and quality are both impeccable. Shopbop has a wide selection of Wolford here, which is where I found mine (sometimes they’ll offer discounts as well).
