- L’Occitane Fragrance Beautifying Cream
- Anastasia Eyebrow Gel
After using the same checkbook wallet for the past three years or so, I decided it was time for a change. I rarely write personal checks anymore, so I wanted a slimmer wallet that would not only easily fit in all of my bags, but would also be a lot lighter to carry around. Coach recently had a friends and family sale, so I ventured to a store to see what they had to offer. The sleek, minimal design of this style is just what I needed. Inside, there are several open slots, a zippered coin pocket, billfold compartment and a double-sided credit card holder. I chose the grey birch color so it could easily transition through the seasons.
I’m so excited about my new silver arm candy! My sweet hubby gave me both pieces as anniversary gifts and I must say, he’s very good at picking classic jewelry! I had to go by a jewelry repair shop earlier in the week to have some links taken out before I could wear the watch. It’s actually identical to my rose gold Michael Kors, which I absolutely love. Many MK watches have some bling, but I tend to prefer a plain watch style for everyday wear. I’ve been wearing a lot of gold-toned jewelry lately, so it’s nice to change it up.
This heavenly goodness by Haagen Dazs has been my evening snack all week. I love anything sea salt caramel or chocolate, and this is just decadent. My favorite part is getting a spoonful of the gooey caramel-core swirled throughout the gelato. Mmmm….
This jar of fragrance beautifying cream created by L’Occitane is a gem I scored at the Lucky FABB conference. If you’re like me, perfume always seems to have a lasting problem. This cream is supposed to extend the life of any scent, so naturally I couldn’t wait to try it with my favorite perfume. Directions state to smooth cream over decollete and neck area, then spritz fragrance twice before walking into the cloud. Although I wouldn’t say it’s drastically different, my perfume has seemed to linger a little longer than usual. Regardless, I love this cream for its light, pleasant scent and the way my skin feels so soft when wearing it.
I’ve gotten to the point where I can no longer live without eyebrow gel. My brows just do NOT stay in place without it. Prior to trying this, I was using Bare Minerals, but since it’s no longer available I had to find a replacement. I’m pleased to say Anastasia does the job of holding my wayward brows in place just as well. A little goes a long way; I typically only need to dip the wand once for enough gel to coat both brows with a light layer. When first applied, it will appear wet, but not to worry–brows will dry completely within minutes.
