It’s that time of year again—the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale starts next week! I’ve been covering this sale for years but if you are unfamiliar with it, you can read my full blog post with more details here. The preview catalog was released this week (preview the sale here) and I’m sharing a few of my top picks in this post. Although you can’t purchase any sale items yet, you can click on any of the products I’ve featured and save them to your Nordstrom wishlist so you’re ready to shop when you have sale access. I did read on the Nordstrom site that they’ll be adding new items to the preview catalog DAILY, so be sure to check back often! Now is the best time to start your wish list so you can grab your favorite items as soon as you can shop. Here are the important dates to know regarding sale access (the date you have access to the sale is based on your Nordy Club status):
- July 12: Early Access for cardmembers with Icon status
- July 14: Early Access for cardmembers with Ambassador status
- July 16: Early Access for cardmembers with Influencer status
- July 28: Anniversary Sale opens to the general public (EVERYONE CAN SHOP NOW)
What’s On My Radar
This year I am focusing on classics I know I’ll wear for years.
All Saints ruana – I’ve always been a huge fan of ponchos and capes and this camel ruana is calling my name. There was a similar one in last year’s sale that sold out before I could grab it so I’m hoping to snag this one. I’d throw this over a tee in early fall or a fitted turtleneck for winter.
Celine cat eye sunglasses – These sunglasses remind me a lot of an iconic Celine style you can’t purchase anymore. I love cat eye frames since they’re flattering and always classic.
7 For All Mankind high waist straight leg jeans – Straight leg jeans are currently my favorite denim style and I love the wash and subtle distressing on this pair. I’d wear these now with slide sandals and later in fall with booties.
Vince Camuto bootie – I’ve had my eye on a similar pair of Chelsea boots that are much more expensive but couldn’t bring myself to pay the high price, so I think I’m going to give these boots a try (they’re under $100 during the sale!) They look comfy and versatile enough to wear with jeans, dresses or skirts.
