Blueberry picking is quickly becoming one of our favorite family summer traditions. Last week we took Lila to Blue Ridge Berry Farm, a local spot which is a short drive from our home (if you live near the Washington D.C. area, this is an easy day trip).
Lila had an absolute blast picking—and eating—lots of berries. The weather was beautiful and it was easy to social distance from other pickers since there were plenty of rows to choose from.
She definitely still ate more berries than she picked but this time some of them actually made it into the buckets, which is a big improvement from last year!
