Happy Friday, ya’ll! Rounding up some outfits that I posted on Instagram which didn’t make it to the blog this month. I’ve been transitioning my wardrobe into summer since it’s starting to warm up here and that means plenty of tees, tanks, denim shorts, and linen. You can shop any of these looks by clicking on the product icons below each photo. My husband and I celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary quarantine-style in our backyard with a bottle of champagne and comfy clothes. As you can see, Lila helped us with the cheese plate!

If you want the illusion of a teeny-tiny waist, buy these paperbag jeans (but make sure to size down because they run large). They are meant to be loose but the waist is super high rise so it will flatter your waistline. My husband calls these my ‘scarecrow pants’ but that won’t stop me from wearing them!

I’ve found some of the cutest inexpensive graphic tees at Target recently and this is one of them. ‘Sunshine and more wine’ will definitely be my summer motto!Shop the Look
This is an outfit idea I’ll be saving for a summer date night (fingers crossed we can go on one!) The puff sleeve blouse is a bargain at under $25 and the perfect complement to anything high-waisted.

This was my most popular look on Instagram for the month and one I enjoyed putting together. White with tan/brown is my favorite color combination for summer and never gets old.

As ya’ll can tell, I’ve been living in paperbag pants lately. I’ve also been wearing these lace bralettes from Target nonstop lately under my tanks. They are so cute and comfortable (and only $15).

Wearing our red, white and blue outfits here for Memorial Day. I found a new way to bribe Lila to pose for photos with me: popsicles!

I love putting together monochrome looks during fall and winter but realized I’d never created any for summer. I’m loving the look of these brown tones together and now I’m inspired to test my creativity some more.
