I get excited when I find high-quality bargain pieces for my wardrobe and I wanted to spotlight this under $20 Target dress while it’s still in stock. Not only is this dress super inexpensive, it’s a versatile piece you’ll reach for all summer. Since it has a simple shape, it can be worn with so many other things: a denim jacket, leather moto, lightweight cardigan or a button-down shirt tied at the waist to name a few.
