January: that time of year when I rely on my favorite wardrobe classics to get me through the between-seasons doldrums. My ideal winter outfit formula consists of a chic coat, neutral sweater, flattering denim, and statement boots. The blogger in me always hesitates on posting looks where every piece isn’t ‘new’ but in real life, I wear the same things many times, so I hope this look can still be a source of inspiration and encourage you to shop your own closet.
This oversized turtleneck may be my favorite sweater purchase of the season because the material is so comfortable (in other words, not itchy at all) and incredibly versatile. It’s actually part of a matching knit set which I posted here, and I also wore it with a snakeskin skirt on this post. Sadly, the color I’m wearing is sold out, but I did see a few sizes left in some of the others.
