TGIF, ya’ll! I’m back with another roundup of my current faves. I renamed it ‘Friday Five’ because it usually ends up being five items and it can be a random collection of what I am loving at the moment. I actually purchased 4 out of 5 things in today’s roundup and one of them is currently in my shopping cart!
Wolford bodysuit – I’ve had a Wolford bodysuit on my wishlist for years and finally decided to use my Shopbop credit to purchase this one. I wear a lot of camel so I knew this color would get a ton of wear, and let me tell ya’ll: this is honestly the BEST bodysuit I have ever owned. They are definitely pricey but totally worth the investment if you love bodysuits (they’re so great for layering or on their own). The material is stretchy, opaque and the bodysuit design is actually comfortable.
Estée Lauder Futurist foundation – As soon as this foundation debuted a few weeks ago, I ran to my nearest beauty counter to grab a sample. You may have already seen the video I shared when I tried it out on my Instagram stories, but I absolutely love it. It provides full coverage without any heavy feeling and the formula is hydrating, all with a beautiful radiant finish. Plus it has SPF 45, which is a huge bonus! Basically, this foundation is exactly what I’ve been searching for. I’ve worn the regular Double Wear foundation for a long time but found that it’s too drying and matte for my skin in the winter months, so this foundation is the perfect solution.
Turtleneck Sweater (under $40) – I actually bought this sweater because I already own the matching knit skirt (sadly, it’s sold out) and wanted to be able to wear them as a set. Honestly, though, I have yet to wear it with the skirt and have been pairing this with everything from leggings to jeans and skirts. It’s so cozy and comfortable, plus I personally love the oversized fit—it definitely looks more expensive than $40 and will sell out again.
Levi’s Wedgie jeans – These are my holy grail skinny jeans, which you may already know since I’ve said it many times! This medium blue is a new wash for spring so I had to grab a pair (I’m up to 5 colors now). They are incredibly flattering and unlike a lot of ankle jeans, the cropped length on these is always perfect (I’m 5’4″). You can’t beat the price tag of under $70 for skinny jeans this good.
Marc Fisher booties – These booties are currently in my shopping cart and I may just have to go ahead and pull the trigger because they’re 60% off! I own several pairs of similar Marc Fisher ankle boots and wear them all the time. I love the edgier moto detail on this pair.
