Happy Friday! Anyone have fun plans for the weekend? My cousin’s wedding is tomorrow and I thought we weren’t going to make it since my husband has been in NYC for work the last week and wasn’t supposed to be back. He just found out he’ll be able to come home tonight though, so we’re getting up early tomorrow morning to make the 7-hour drive down to South Carolina. I haven’t seen most of my family in years since we were living overseas, so it will be such a treat to see everyone and for them to meet Lila.
This is my last look from the pieces I picked up recently from the Richard Allan x H&M collection. I’ve always loved paisley print and was really drawn to the rich shades of orange in this pattern and how you can wear it with black or brown accessories. But while it’s fun to wear these pieces as a matching set, I’ll probably get more use from both pieces separately (can’t wait to pair this midi skirt with a chunky knit for fall!)
