I can’t believe we’re only a few days away from the official start of fall, but I am SO ready (but let’s be honest, I have been since July!) The weather is starting to cool down slightly and this is the time of year when I live in skirts and boots.
I’ve worn a lot of skirt silhouettes but if I had to choose one for the fall season, it would definitely be a midi skirt. They’re always classic and chic, plus the styling options are basically endless. You can wear them with any type of top, from a silky blouse to a chunky sweater, and the mid-calf length makes it work with virtually any type of footwear, whether that’s booties, tall boots, sneakers or high heel sandals.
For budget-friendly styles, I’m particularly loving the Richard Allan x H&M collection that’s currently in stores—they have the best vintage vibe. I’ve also purchased a few other pieces from the collection, including this midi skirt and the dress in this print (look for those to be on the blog soon!)
