Where did the weekend go?! Ours was a lot of fun, but it flew by way too quickly. The temperature dropped into the 70’s and it was amazing—definitely felt like fall in the air! My husband and I had ‘date night’ on Saturday at home by the fire pit in our yard and it was so relaxing. Then we took Lila to the county fair yesterday and she wore herself out looking at the farm animals, running around and eating funnel cake washed down with lemonade. She definitely crashed pretty hard at bedtime last night, ha!
This tiered maxi has been one of my favorite summer dresses and I also love how it looks layered with a cardigan for fall. Since it’s equal parts cozy and romantic, I could totally see myself wearing this outfit for a fall day date like wine tasting.
