As most of you who’ve been shopping the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale know, items have been selling out SO fast this year! It’s always such a bummer when you’ve had your eye on a certain item, only to see it sell out before you have the chance to purchase. That said, I’ve rounded up some great near-identical options for many of the popular styles that sold out within the first few days of the sale. Everything in this post is budget-friendly as well (nothing is over $75 except for the booties).
There were several leopard-print cardigans in the sale this year, all of which sold out very quickly (most before the sale even opened to the public!) I found a great option here on Amazon for under $30. Try it with faux leather leggings or dark skinny jeans this fall
The Brixton wool fedora was another hot item from the sale and sold out on the first day of early access. I did purchase it myself and love it, so I wanted to find ya’ll another option since it’s such a classic hat to have in your wardrobe. Luckily I found this similar option from Brixton AND it’s the exact same price as the hat which was included in the sale!
The Madewell oversized denim jacket that was in the sale didn’t last long, but this long denim jacket is very similar and it’s under $50. I actually own this exact jacket myself (call me denim-jacket obsessed) and can attest that it’s high-quality. Try wearing it over a fitted tank dress or with skinny jeans or leggings.
This leopard print lace camisole is under $20 and a great alternative for the one by B.P. that was in the Nordstrom sale (and also less expensive!) It runs true to size.
If you missed out on the super-popular Vince Camuto booties, I recommend trying this pair from Sam Edelman. They also happen to be on sale for the same price ($99) and I own them myself so I can tell you they’re super comfy and flattering thanks to the pointy toe. I personally think they’re better because they can be worn year-round since the sides don’t have cut-outs.
If you had your eye on the long cardigan from Leith, I found another cozy option that’s very similar. This one is an even better deal at under $40 and the beige color will go with everything.
This lace camisole is another item I own and love. It’s such a steal at under $25 and a total dupe for the one that sold out from the Nordstrom sale. Did I mention it’s also fully stocked in all sizes?!
I bought the leopard print tee that was part of the sale but then I found this one that’s under $10 and to be honest, I think I like it more than the one I have. The print makes it such a fun alternative to a basic white tee—try it under a blazer or a denim jacket.
Missed out on the Topshop boyfriend blazer? Check out this option that’s under $35. I recommend going up one size if you want a more relaxed fit.
Like the fitted Halogen tees that were a big hit from the Nordstrom sale, this slim tee is a great layering piece to wear now and into fall, plus the boatneck is flattering. It’s only $12.99 and comes in multiple colors.
The platform Converse sneakers were a hot item from the sale and this is the same style for under $50. Converse in general runs very large so I do recommend going down 1-2 sizes.
