We’ve entered week four of our plumbing renovations in the farmhouse and ya’ll, I’m about to lose my mind. Okay, maybe that’s a bit dramatic, but I seriously feel like I’m living in deja vu because it’s construction/cleaning up the mess/repeating the next day. My husband goes back to work next week and we thought for sure we’d be finished by then but it’s not looking too promising. Here’s hoping we are in the final days!I love denim skirts and even though I already own a few, I can’t tell you how long I’ve been searching for ‘the’ denim skirt: one that’s classic and can be worn year-round. Most I’d seen were either too short, too long, too distressed or the color just wasn’t quite right. So when I stumbled on this one from Citizens of Humanity during Shopbop’s recent sale, I pounced. It has a flattering high waist and the length is long enough that I can still wear it comfortably when I’m with Lila.
