Happy Wednesday—instead of Tuesday, which is when I normally publish my second post of the week! Now that we are back in the U.S. my plan is to return to a M/W/F blog post schedule. In the Middle East, Friday was part of the weekend, which is why I decided to publish my final post of the week on Thursdays instead. Blog scheduling aside, today’s look is spotlighting the utilitarian trend, which is all over the fashion world for spring and summer. 
The key to wearing a head-to-toe utility look is to choose a few neutral colors in beige, tan, khaki or olive. Wearing different shades for your top and bottom will help keep it interesting—I was actually inspired by the H&M website for this outfit when I saw one of the models wearing an olive shirt with khaki pants. I’ve had this exact olive utility shirt for years now and it’s so good; I wear it a lot in the spring and fall.
