Who says holiday outfits all have to involve something that’s red or plaid? This all-black look could easily work for any holiday party, especially New Year’s Eve.I love a good black bodysuit for layering and when I saw this faux leather style, I had to try it. You can wear it just like a regular black tee but it gives any outfit an edgy vibe. Take a basic cardigan/denim combo for example: just throw this on instead of a tee and your outfit will instantly look cooler. Another item that called my name is this pair of paperbag waist pants, particularly the leopard pattern. These are a perfect party alternative if you’d rather not wear a dress, plus they’re also great if you work in a professional setting. The only downside for me is the long length which only works with my highest heels, but if you’re taller or know a good tailor, it’s no biggie. Pant styles like this also make your waist look super small, which is always a plus!If you’re also looking for well-priced costume jewelry to go with your holiday party looks, check out Baublebar since all of their pieces are under $50 (earrings shown here included).I hope you’re all having a wonderful week!
