Happy Wednesday! So normally I don’t post today but I have a lot of holiday content to squeeze in before Christmas (which I can’t believe is in three weeks!) I’m happy to report that Lila’s birthday party yesterday with her playgroup friends and the funfetti cake I made were both a success. It was so funny watching all the babies play with balloons—I never realized how much they love them!
Flattering Red Lace Skirt for the Holidays
You guys, how perfect is this red lace skirt for the holidays? I usually stay away from fitted pencil skirts because they can be hard to move in but this one is made of a nice, stretchy material AND it has a comfy elastic waist band! I also featured this skirt on my latest YouTube video (check it out here). To give this a sleek look, I paired my skirt with one of my favorite bodysuits from Commando (they make more amazing undergarments here). This one is completely opaque and one size fits all.
For a little more glam, I finished off this holiday look with a pair of leopard booties. I went with sheer tights since that’s all I had but you could also wear a fun printed pair like one of these (I love the ones that look like lace!)
