Happy Monday and I hope all of you had a great weekend! Did anyone do some Nordstrom Sale shopping when it opened to the public on Friday? I keep telling myself I’m finished, but always manage to find just one more thing I can’t live without. In fact, I just ordered this cozy cardigan and this classic v-neck sweater.
A Chic Way to Wear Denim Cutoffs
Personally, I love denim, but sometimes shorts can be too casual. A simple way to make them look polished? Just add a black blazer like one of these, heels, a statement bag, and voilá: instant chic. I love this pair of shorts in particular because of the super high waist and the fact they don’t have any distressing, which makes it easier to dress them up. This is the perfect look for a summer date night! And now I have to say, this is my new favorite denim brand. They manage to make all of their denim look vintage in the best way, and most importantly, the fit is always amazing. I’m very picky when it comes to shorts and these are so flattering. This is my second pair and now I have my eyes on their straight leg styles. What can I say, I have a denim obsession.Another obsession I have? Leopard print shoes, like this new pair of sandals. Looking at upcoming trends, you’ll be seeing a lot more leopard print footwear for fall, but I love how I can wear these sandals right now as I transition my wardrobe. I also ordered this pair of leopard print ankle boots to wear when it gets cooler.Wishing all of you a wonderful start to the new week and thanks so much for stopping by today!
