Happy Monday! We made it back to Amman on Saturday afternoon and have had a slow weekend getting over our jet lag. I’m not sure why but Lila did much better this time around getting used to the time change and has basically been sleeping on a normal schedule, just longer than usual (we’re not complaining!)
A bright floral print shirt is a great ‘one and done’ option to throw on and channel a casual summer vibe. They’re easy to dress up or down; I struck a balance between the two by pairing mine with a denim skirt. I’m also wearing my new Saint Laurent sunglasses; I asked everyone on Instagram stories if this pair or these Prada shades suited me best and YSL was the winner. I hardly ever buy sunglasses because I have such a hard time finding pairs that fit my face—anyone else out there have the same struggle?!
As someone who likes to wear jeans most days, a denim skirt is the perfect alternative to get me through the hot summer months. Long or short length, light or dark wash—I love all the different styles out there. Here are some more denim skirts I’ve been scoping out and trying to decide which one I need next. I’m thinking a darker wash will be good for fall.
