My husband and I have been spending a lot of time on our mountain property since getting home last week, and we took these photos there over the weekend. This little cabin from the 1950’s came with our land and it’s in need of some serious work, but my husband is convinced we’ll be able to spend a night there someday. I have my doubts, but we’ll see—honestly, it’s a little scary-looking inside at the moment, ha! This cardigan is seriously the coziest and so easy to throw on over anything, which is how I’ll justify wearing it nearly every day since I opened the package. To give my outfit a little more dimension, I added a few extra layers using a tee, denim shirt and cashmere scarf.
We are currently en route to Florida to see my husband’s family and after the last few really cold days we’ve had in Virginia, I’m ready for some sunshine! Last night we stayed in a cute B&B in South Carolina, which was a nice way to break up the drive, but now it’s time to hit the road again. Hope you all are having a wonderful week!
