All vacations must come to an end, and I’m currently writing this post from the airport lounge because our flight is delayed (which seems to happen every time we fly anymore!) Situations like this are always frustrating, but at least it gives me a chance to work on the blog, right? We had a wonderful time in Sicily and I can’t wait to share some photos and stories from our trip later this week! It’s no secret that I love anything denim, so this chambray tank spoke to me when I was shopping on Nordstrom recently (not to mention the reasonable $34 price tag!) The fabric is soft and lightweight for summer, and I paired it with dark wash jeans to add contrast. Unlike most lace-up tops, this one isn’t too revealing and can easily be adjusted according to preference.I’ve been searching for a brown suede bag for years and fell in love with this classic tote during our trip to Paris back in May. After we got back, I wasn’t able to find it anywhere else, but fortunately, our local boutique was able to order it from France and send it down to Rome. I’ve gotten pretty spoiled as far as handbag shopping ever since we moved here thanks to close proximity to designer stores and lower prices than the U.S., so it’s definitely one of the things I’ll miss the most once we leave Europe.
I hope all of you have a great start to the new week and I’ll be back tomorrow with a post from Sicily!
