It’s starting to look more like spring every day in Rome: the temperature is climbing, trees are beginning to bloom, and the days are slowly getting longer. You can also tell the season is changing because there are so many more people out and about, especially in the parks. The weather was beautiful last weekend: mild, but just chilly enough that I was comfortable in a sweater. The soft turquoise color of this turtleneck speaks to the new season, and I complemented its cool hue with gray accessories.
I just bought a new pair of shades, and my husband says they’re ‘sassy’–I have to agree! I actually have the same pair in dark gray, and I figured beige would be a great addition for spring and summer.
It’s early to bed for me tonight–we have a train to catch for Milan at 6:30 in the morning! I am beyond excited to be returning for a second season of fashion week, especially since we will be able to attend some sfilate (runway shows) this time. I’ll be posting on the blog as often as possible, but you can follow me on Instagram @meagansmoda for more frequent updates and sneak peeks from the shows!
