Do a happy dance–it’s almost Friday! If we’ve been spent a lot of time lounging around on the weekend, I’m usually not in the mood to get dressed up, but still want to look put-together when we venture out (even if it’s only for gelato). An oversized sweater and scarf combo is both comfy and stylish, but instead of pairing them with my usual skinny jeans and boots, I gave this look a vintage twist with high-waist flares. I should also mention both my scarf and sweater are on super sale–the sweater is only $10 and happens to be one of my favorites (size up for a slouchy fit!)
During our trip home in November, my mother-in-law surprised me on my birthday with this beautiful vintage Louis Vuitton, which originally belonged to her mother. I love the comfortable shoulder strap and unique front magnetic pockets, which are perfect for my phone and keys.
