Happy Monday, and I hope all of you who celebrated Christmas had a wonderful day! It was so nice to relax with my husband over the long weekend with no particular plans other than enjoying the holiday time together. It was definitely quiet around here without our families, but we carried on with our traditions while also creating a few new ones along the way. On Christmas morning, we cooked breakfast together (homemade waffles, bacon, and peppermint mochas–something I always make for us on Christmas day) then exchanged gifts before Face-Timing with family and ending the day with a scooter ride around the city to look at the lights. I also have to say that the German-inspired mulled wine I mentioned we were going to try turned out to be very delicious–we are definitely adding that to our list of holiday traditions! This plush coat was so cuddly and warm for exploring Germany on our recent trip to Rothenburg–the super soft fabric and brown color reminds me of a teddy bear! Unfortunately this particular coat is out of stock, but I linked a very similar coat below which is equally cozy!I like how this thin braided belt adds a unique touch to the coat and keeps it from looking too bulky. Looking back at the photos from our trip already makes me want to go back to Germany again–it’s such a beautiful country!
- Coat (c/o SheIn–sold out; another very similar style that is super soft and warm–I own it in black!)

- Pants (7FAM; another similar pair)
- Boots (Stuart Weitzman; another budget-friendly option)
- Bag (Saint Laurent–sold out; other beautiful red bags here and here)
