Something I always look forward to in cold weather months is pulling out my cozy cashmere sweaters. Nothing feels better against skin than this super soft fabric, and cashmere also tends to hold up better than other material. The only drawback with cashmere is that it can be pricey, but luckily I can always count on Ann Taylor for classic styles that actually go on sale during fall (I love not having to wait for post-season sales to stock up!)

I can’t get enough of this tote my mom gave me for Christmas–its multi-dimensional texture is so unique and the gray goes with just about everything (especially these boots!) I’m always drawn to shoes and bags in neutral hues since I get more mileage out of them than anything else in my wardrobe.
We are flying back to Rome this weekend and it’s going to be bittersweet: I feel like our time at home has flown by way too fast, but also miss our kitties SO much and absolutely can’t wait to smother them with cuddles when we return!
