Happy Wednesday! I’m sorry the timing of my posts have been a little random lately; it’s harder for me to stay on track while I’m home and the six hour difference between here and what I’ve grown accustomed to in Italy has also thrown me off a little. We went on a short hike in the woods near my parents’ today since the weather was absolutely gorgeous. I didn’t pack the proper footwear so I borrowed these L.L. Bean duck boots from my mom and LOVED them–now I want a pair for myself! They’re so comfy and cute with skinny jeans and a chunky sweater.
Along the way we came across an abandoned hunting cabin–the perfect rustic setting to match my outfit (fortunately, I had a coffee mug in the truck to use as a cute prop!)The oversized fit of this sweater is ideal for layering in cold weather, although it’s actually quite warm on its own–I only wore a tee underneath today since the weather was pretty mild. Since it runs on the large side (one size fits all), I like wearing it with skinny jeans so it doesn’t overwhelm my frame.
