One thing I have quickly learned since arriving in Florida is just because it’s November doesn’t mean people everywhere are donning wool ponchos and blanket scarves–as much as I love wearing both this time of year, sometimes it just isn’t realistic. Thankfully, I had the foresight to pack this sleeveless sweater in my suitcase and it was just right for a (very) mild afternoon here in Florida. I bought this turtleneck tunic back in July during Nordstrom’s anniversary sale and find it to be a great piece for layering as well as wearing alone (see how I wore it during Milan Fashion Week here). The arm holes are a little large, so it does require a camisole underneath, but I also think that this aspect will make it ideal for wearing with a long sleeve top during cold weather.Distressed denim and sneakers kept this look casual for running around town today (and making my third trip to Target since we’ve been home–oh, how I’ve missed that place!)For all of you out there who live in warm climates: what’s your favorite way to dress for mild fall weather?
