Ciao! How is everyone’s week going? I’m sharing my final look from fashion week, with what I wore to Bulgari’s SS16 presentation held at the Bulgari Hotel in Milan. Bulgari is known for their bold, extraordinary designs, so for the event I donned one of the most unique pieces in my closet which reflects the same qualities.
Sometimes all you need is one statement piece to make an eye-catching outfit, and this belted jacket with structured detail was the key to taking my look from simple to stunning.
A sneak peek from the Spring/Summer 2016 collection: so beautiful, right? It’s hard to choose, but I think the silvery gold snakeskin may be my favorite!
A floor-grazing pair of wide leg pants is an instant way to appear taller–I definitely think I look lengthier than my actual 5’4″ height when I wear these (along with tall platform heels!)
After shooting this look, we had to hurry back to our room as fast as we could to pack up and catch the train back to Rome. If you’ve ever seen the movie Home Alone and remember the scene where the parents are furiously running through the airport because they almost missed their flight, then you’ll be able to picture exactly what we looked like. We literally stepped onto the train right as the final boarding call was being announced, and kudos to my awesome hubby for running as fast as he did, because he was lugging my huge suitcase the entire way!
