Hi everyone! We’ve almost made it to the weekend, and I’m wearing one of my favorite uniforms for casual days: a basic tee, denim shorts, and booties. I absolutely can’t wait until it’s cooler so I can wear all of my boots, but for now, rocking ankle styles with shorts and dresses is the perfect solution.
Olive green always says ‘fall’ to me, and I love how versatile this utility vest is: whether worn over patterns or solids, with a dress, jeans, or a skirt, you really can’t lose, so it’s always a good idea to have a vest or jacket in your wardrobe (or both!)
Fringe is a huge trend for fall and winter, and I have to admit I am totally obsessed. I’ve actually had these booties in my closet for a few years and am even more excited to wear them again. The best part about this pair is that they can be folded up or down and look cute either way–I usually prefer them uncuffed with skinny jeans and folded with shorts and dresses.
The combination of my vintage purse, cutoff shorts, and fringed booties gives off a bit of a 70s retro vibe.
