When we went to a countryside home in Viterbo for brunch last weekend, I knew it would be the perfect opportunity to wear these matching separates. In case you missed the full travel post about our trip, you can find it here. I love how easy it is to plan an outfit when I wear matching pieces: all you need to consider is footwear and a bag (also a hat in my case), and you’re ready to go. I’m not quite sure stiletto sandals would have been my first choice for footwear in the country, but I am still waiting for my summer wedges to arrive with our household shipment!
Speaking of our shipment, we are incredibly relieved and excited to FINALLY move into our permanent apartment next week. After living out of boxes and using temporary furniture/kitchenware for the last two months, I can’t wait to start making our new place ‘homey’ and cook something other than whatever will fit in one small skillet. As for this weekend, we are off to Tuscany tomorrow to celebrate our second anniversary and after a busy week and even busier one ahead, I see plenty of vino and relaxation in my future. Have a great weekend, everyone, and thank you so much for reading!
