One of my goals while in Rome is to become a gelato connoisseur–just kidding, but I do intend on eating my share of Italy’s most popular dessert. I’ve been visiting different gelaterias all over the city and so far my favorite flavors have been vaniglia (vanilla–not exciting, but always my number one pick), stracciatella (cream with chocolate chips) and caramello salato (salted caramel). We stopped for gelato before photos and my hubby got some pretty hilarious action shots of me chowing down, but I’ll spare you those!
Leather jackets are often thought of as a fall/winter staple, but with the right color pairings, you can easily wear them right into spring. I paired my camel jacket with blush pink and light denim for a lighter look that fits the season. And of course, pale gray, beige, and blush jackets are an effortless way to make a spring statement.
