I didn’t realize it when we shot this look, but today’s outfit has a bit of a 70s vibe going on. An airy blouse with flowy sleeves, floppy wool hat, and high-waist pants give a retro feel to this feminine spring ensemble. All that’s needed to really make this authentic 70s glam would be flare leg bottoms. Since the famous era is currently making a big comeback, I’m actually tempted to buy a pair of flare jeans for the first time since middle school! Speaking of pants, this is the BEST black pair of skinnies I have ever worn. According to 7FAM, they’re made with slim illusion technology which has ‘a legging-like appeal with maximum stretch and retention for incredible shape.’ Basically, they hold everything in place smoothly and make your legs look amazing, plus they don’t lose their shape at all. If you’re in need of a flattering pair of black pants, don’t hesitate to try these!
I think we may venture outside of Rome to Deruta this weekend, where there is a well-known pottery outlet which offers handmade Italian ceramic ware. I’m a sucker for dishes and would love to add some Italian pieces to my collection, so I can’t wait to see what they have. Have a great weekend and thank you so much for reading!
