It’s hard to believe there are less than three days left until Christmas! I spent the weekend relaxing at home with my husband while we both started our holiday vacation. My girlfriends also had an impromptu baking day where we had a great time catching up while drinking mimosas and making some delicious holiday treats. I’ve always enjoyed the final days leading up to Christmas more than the actual day because there’s such a sense of joy and anticipation everywhere you go and I love to see all of the festive decorations. There’s nothing better to me than starting each day with a cup of coffee and ending it with a glass of wine while admiring our beautiful Christmas tree.

I’ve been all about the color red lately and this wrap coat I bought last year has been on heavy rotation. The pop of cheerful color brightens any outfit while adding a festive touch for the season. To keep the focus on my coat and houndstooth scarf, I kept the rest of the outfit mostly black. This Brahmin satchel has been on my wish list for awhile and I gifted it to myself for Christmas. I love everything about its gorgeous yet functional structure, from the double zipper side pockets to the polished, croc-embossed leather.
