I knew I wanted to try the jumpsuit trend, which can be tricky if you’re petite. This style, by Peter Som for Kohls, was the perfect length (28″ inseam) and required no alteration. I wore mine with tall wedges for a height boost and swapped the sash belt it came with for a wide band style, which helped smooth out the trunk area. I absolutely love the neckline on this–it lies flat with no gapping and the pleats at the shoulder add a dressy touch. Comfortable? It felt like I was wearing pajamas all day! I added a few touches of gold for a luxurious feel. To address the dreaded “how do I use the restroom in public?” scenario when wearing a jumpsuit: I’m happy to report that the elastic waist on this one makes it easy to pull up and down–no disrobing necessary!
