{ Candy Colors: Denim shirt, Tweed skirt & Neon pink pumps }

Every time I wear this skirt, I imagine a candy store with rows of brightly colored treats. I found this skirt in the fall, but I feel like the punchy neon hues conjure more of a spring/summer vibe. I kept accessories minimal to allow the colorful pieces of this outfit do the talking.
