Hi everyone! I am back from Lucky FABB and had such an exciting weekend. I have so many outfit photos from California coming soon to the blog, but first I thought I’d share some of my favorite iPhone photos from the trip.

The highlight of my weekend occurred when I met my favorite blogger, Wendy of www.wendyslookbook.com, who also happens to be the first fashion blogger I ever followed. She was so sweet and just as beautiful in person as she is in her blog photos.
We got to listen to a style conversation with Nicole Richie as part of the conference sessions. She has such a fun personality and a great sense of fashion–check out the gorgeous Givenchy floral blazer she wore!

My brother lives in California and showed us around LA after the conference. We spent some time walking around in Santa Monica. How gorgeous is this view of the Santa Monica beach and mountains?!
The royal palm trees in Santa Monica sure lived up to their name. The way they tower over everything makes them look so majestic.
We took a drive up the winding roads through the LA canyons and were rewarded at the top with this amazing view from the Universal City overlook. My brother said this was an exceptionally smog-free day, so we were lucky to see everything this clearly.
At the conclusion of the conference, I received a “swag bag” FULL of hair, beauty, and skincare products to take home. I used one of my suitcases strictly to carry all of it, and the haul weighed in at 34 pounds on the airport baggage scale! Now all I need to do is find a way to store all of it…
