Last weekend we had a few glorious days of spring-like temperatures. I spent one of the afternoons at a winery with my friends and we were actually able to SIT OUTSIDE. With today’s high of 30 degrees and a forecast of possible snowy/icy weather next week, it seems like those warm days were a dream! Nonetheless, it was wonderful to wear just a few light layers without worrying about a heavy coat. I love the versatility of this cotton anorak: the neutral color, the rollable sleeves and the adjustable waist. It’s the perfect outer layer for early fall (shown here) and spring, when it’s just chilly enough to necessitate a light jacket. For accessories, I started with the shorter necklace before offsetting it with the longer style on a whim. Though beautiful on their own, the gold chains and neutral colored stones blend well together for a totally new look.
