We had a very warm and windy day in Florida earlier this week. I had to hold onto my hat to keep it from blowing away (which it still did several times!) We had lunch at one of our favorite spots on the river, Cracker Jacks. They serve fresh seafood and $3 margaritas all day with great views of the water. Shortly after we snapped these photos, the sky opened up and poured rain the rest of the day. It still amazes me to think that on the same day back home in Virginia it was snowing!
I’ve been relying on a lot of fall pieces for the mild winter temperatures in Florida. Olive green and tan, both natural colors, really complement each other. Gold jewelry is especially striking against the muted shades.
