What a wet and soggy weekend we had in the Southeast! After four solid days of rain, I was so happy to see the sun peeking through the clouds this morning. I wore this leopard coat out to dinner on Friday as an attempt to keep dry in the monsoon weather. It’s not technically made of waterproof fabric, but close enough to serve the same purpose as a trench coat. These black boots are the new babies I added to my shoe collection over the summer. They were exactly the kind of classic tall black boot I wanted: sleek, streamlined, and thin (not too high) heel. I stalked them for weeks until finally finding them for sale at nearly half price on Amazon (so many amazing deals you can find on there!) There are endless possibilities for wearing these boots and I can’t wait to start.
