Today was a bit of a struggle in the style department. I was experiencing “blogger’s block” for about an hour before this outfit came together. I wanted to pair this gingham shirt with bright red skinnies and ankle boots, but the accessories were tricky. Pearls looked too proper, long necklaces were too formal, and everything else just plain didn’t match. I tried necklace after necklace before I threw on this gold plated metal one and thought, “Bingo!” It pulls everything together and reflects the rustic charm of this outfit.
