Happy Friday, everyone! I don’t know about you all but I am so ready to get the weekend started. Today I’m sharing my last outfit post from our trip to Germany and just looking at these beautiful leaves makes me miss it already. While fall does have its crisp, sunny days, there tend to be plenty of chilly, rainy ones as well. Those can be the toughest to get dressed for: you don’t want to ruin your favorite suede or leather boots by stepping in puddles and don’t get me started on bad hair days (if your hair is like mine, it doesn’t play well with humidity!)On rainy fall days, cozy layers and Hunter boots are a no-fail combo when I want to dress appropriately for the weather conditions but still look put together. This pair of leggings from Zella are my favorite to wear with rain boots and they’re always flattering with a long, oversized sweater. Sometimes I’ll also pair them with leather leggings for edgy appeal, and skinny jeans are always a safe bet. To add some interest to my outfit, I’ll throw on a scarf and hat (plus a coat depending on how cold it is). I love cashmere berets because they’re so soft and warm, plus they help mask the effects of pesky humidity! This one is my favorite and comes in five neutral colors.
This cashmere wrap scarf was a recent find from ZARA—the price was almost half of what oversized cashmere scarves usually cost and I am really impressed with the quality. What are your secrets for staying warm and stylish on rainy fall days? I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and thank you so much for reading!
