Happy Cyber Monday, everyone! This is by far one of the best shopping days of the year and I’ve linked a ton of sales and discount codes below–most with free shipping included. I always find better deals today than on Black Friday, plus I never have to fight crowds to get them, which is what I call a win-win!

We went shopping for a Christmas tree and decorated the rest of our apartment over the weekend, which had me in a festive mood, so I channeled the spirit into my outfit by adding a houndstooth scarf and my red handbag. We didn’t bring our Christmas tree to Italy with us, so we were torn over whether to purchase a real or artificial tree this year. Since the real ones we saw were a little too short and I think our kitties may have been too tempted to play in one, we ended up going home with a pretty realistic-looking artificial tree. The only thing I miss about having a real tree is the wonderful scent, but if you ever want your home to smell like fresh evergreen, just light this candle from Bath & Body Works–it is AMAZING, and my personal favorite for the holidays!
There’s something about houndstooth that always reminds me of the holidays and this scarf from SheIn is beautiful: the material is very soft and the oversized length allows for endless styling possibilities (I should also mention it’s less than $20!) After we finished decorating, we rode the Vespa down to Lungotevere (by the Tiber River) for a short autumn stroll and photos before the sun set. When we went home for our vacation about a month ago it was still very warm here in Italy, so the cool weather and golden foliage is a lovely change of scenery.Even though tomorrow is the first of December, I am happy that it still looks like autumn in Rome–fall is the only season I never want to end!
