I fell in love with this dress the moment I saw it online, and it did not disappoint when it arrived. The material has a chiffon feel to it, so it’s not as clingy as some cotton maxi dresses tend to be, plus the elastic on the top stays in place–a must for any off-the-shoulder style. Printed with tiny French hens, I can picture this bohemian-style piece for any occasion from a summer party (the colors make it perfect for 4th of July), to a stroll down the boardwalk, or as I wore it here: for dinner al fresco. To make the deal even sweeter, it’s also currently 50% off (less than $50), so don’t hesitate to snap one up while it’s still available!

What are your weekend plans? June and July are popular months for outdoor concerts and cultural events in Rome, and right now there’s an annual summer festival going on called Lungo il Tevere (along the Tiber), with all kinds of musicians, an open-air art gallery, and restaurants featuring different ethnic foods under the bridge lining the Tiber River. I also just heard about a day trip to Rome we could take to tour a medieval town that looks unbelievable, so we also might check that out. Wishing everyone a wonderful weekend and thank you so much for reading!
