Happy Monday! I hope all of you had a great weekend. The weather here in Rome was so beautiful and with all of the trees in full bloom, it finally looks like spring as well. We did not visit the pottery outlet in Deruta after all, but definitely plan on making a visit in the near future. We did, however, do some other important shopping that involved Vespa scooters. We had already planned on the likelihood that we would buy a scooter once we got here, but ever since my husband test drove one that belongs to a friend, he’s been obsessed! I am sure once we get the new ride, it will be making an appearance or two here on the blog.
Nothing makes an outfit stand apart from the crowd like a pop of neon color and I can always count on these Barbie-pink pumps to liven up any outfit. I kept the rest of my look subdued with a monochromatic navy palette, finished with a dash of casual denim. I am so excited that denim jacket season has returned because this is by far the most used piece of warm weather outerwear in my wardrobe. Besides cocktail attire, what doesn’t work with a denim jacket?
