Black, white, and red has always been a favorite color combination of mine, and wearing it in the form of a chunky knit sweater and slim-fitting turtleneck gives it a wintery feel. A pop of crimson speaks to the holiday season and allows the nordic print to stand out. I cinched the cardigan with a wide waist belt so that the different pattern on the inside of the sweater could be seen as well.

I’m so happy to have finally found a knit hat that I can wear all winter. I’ve tried on many beanies, but for some reason they just look ridiculous on me. This little beret from Nordstrom is simple but elegant thanks to the textured pattern woven in super soft, warm cashmere fabric. I feel like I am ready for a weekend at a ski lodge wearing this outfit–but if I wanted to hit the slopes, I’d probably need to swap these boots for a more outdoor-friendly pair!
