Whether it’s short, midi, or long, I’m a sucker for high-waist skirts, and this one from Express was just too pretty to pass up. I love the mix of vintage style with a modern pattern and length. The full silhouette reminds me of a cupcake–inverted, of course! I bought the matching top as well and can’t wait to wear both pieces together when it gets a little cooler. For now, I couldn’t resist a little print mixing by pairing it with a sleeveless striped top. For even more color, I carried a hot pink bag, and since I can’t get enough of them lately, my rose gold pumps.
